A kind of advent calendar for web designers, 24 Ways to Impress Your Friends features a new practical how-to each day on a webdev topic. You'll either learn something new or have a great place to refer someone to when they ask, for instance, what is the 'em' unit of measure? Drew McLellan and friends are doing a commendable job providing some very useful resource material. Previous entries include Easy Ajax with Prototype and DOM Scripting Your Way to Better Blockquotes. And a new one each day, mind you. So pretend you're flipping open a cardboard door and go check it out!
